Introducing FLYafrica

Further to our previous announcement regarding the go-ahead to publish the new quarterly inflight magazine for Africa World Airlines, Land & Marine is pleased to announce that the magazine will be called ‘FLYafrica’, as agreed by both parties. The first issue of FLYafrica will be published in March 2018.

Africa World Airlines Adds New International Route

Africa World Airlines (AWA) has recently announced the introduction of flights to Monrovia, Liberia, from the airline’s base in Accra, Ghana. This route marks the second international country served by AWA, with regular flights already in operation to Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria. Flights to Monrovia are expected to commence on Tuesday 12 December with 3x weekly flights between the two capital cities.

As announced last week, AWA has appointed Land & Marine to publish its new quarterly inflight magazine. Issue one is due to be published in early 2018.

Africa World Airlines inflight magazine

Africa World Airlines (AWA) has today given Land & Marine the go-ahead to produce its quarterly inflight magazine. The first issue of the new magazine will be published in the first quarter of 2018.
The Ghanaian airline is headquartered in Accra and currently operates flights domestically from the capital to Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi, in addition to Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria. AWA expects to expand its operations to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Côte d’Ivoire soon.
AWA is a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines – China’s fourth largest and one of only nine carriers worldwide to have a five-star rating from Skytrax.
